Warm aromatic oil used through the whole massage. Good if you carry your tension in your neck and jaw.

Hot Stones
Heated stones placed on the tight spots to loosen them up. Good for an upper back that has spent the week at a desk.

Body Scrub
A full exfoliation before the oil goes on. Good if your skin has been feeling dry or rough.

Air Cupping
Suction cups that lift tight muscle and get the blood moving. Good for knots that keep coming back.

A few things this is not
- Not a 15-minute chair rub at the mall.
